Is my Ecopy Desktop Application supported on Vista?
Answer
eCopy is committed to providing products that are compatible with the latest Windows Vista™ operating system. To that end, we are working on new versions of our products (eCopy ShareScan®, eCopy Desktop™ and eCopy Connectors and Services) to support Vista. At this time, we do not have estimated release dates but we want to assure you that it is our goal to complete this implementation as quickly as possible.
The current shipping and earlier versions of eCopy ShareScan OP, eCopy Desktop and eCopy Connectors and Services run on Windows XP and Windows 2000. eCopy will not modify or update previous versions of our software. Vista support will be implemented in future versions of our portfolio software applications.
